Our Pastry Waffles are Liège style and baked in Belgium!. How can you tell the difference?

Well for one thing the edges are round, not square. And for another they’re filled with “pearl sugar.” Pearl sugar is hard and round and white and doesn’t melt in the oven. Instead it caramelizes into a crispy, crunchy coating that is absolutely irresistible. And goes perfectly with real cinnamon we bake into them.
